A veteran aviator with an illustrious career piloting for one of India's premier airlines, he navigated challenges with precision, safety, and unwavering commitment—skills he now channels into social good.

As Founder and Managing Trustee of Good Captains of India Foundation, Capt. Parthiban steers our mission to empower youth and communities through SDG-aligned programs. His vision of compassionate leadership and sustainable action inspires initiatives like women empowerment workshops and community upliftment projects.With a heart for service, he leads by example, fostering resilient leaders for India's brighter future.

Nizamudeen Yunus is a dynamic Founder-Director of Veni Vidi Vici School of Training, Certified Counselling Psychologist, Researcher, Writer, Thought Leader, Professional Orator, Motivational Speaker, Career Coach, and Life-Skills Trainer. With a Bachelor’s in Psychology, Master’s in Counselling Psychology, and Mentoria Advanced Career Coach certification, he brings 13+ years of training diverse groups—from adolescents to seniors, slums to Rotary/Lions clubs—and 15+ years in public speaking.

His achievements include 35 awards, 1,000+ training programs impacting over 1 lakh people, leadership as Opposition Leader at Yuva Parliament 2017 (IIM-Rohtak), Tamil Nadu Youth Delegate for Pravasi Bharatiya Divas (2017), and top scorer in Communicate to Change (C2C). He has authored 6 research papers in the International Journal of Social Studies and championed women empowerment through trainings.

Currently President of World Youth Federation (2025–present) and Director of Business Development & Public Relations at IntecAi Digital Pvt Ltd (2024–present), with past roles including President of United Psychology Association (2020–2025) and Leo Club of Chennaipattinam (2016–2018). Nizamudeen’s passion for transformative leadership strengthens Good Captains of India Foundation’s mission.

Geetha Jayarajan is a proud homemaker with a profound passion for women’s empowerment and a visionary outlook for a stronger, more equitable society. From her home in the heart of family life, she channels her nurturing spirit and practical wisdom into initiatives that uplift women across communities.
